For the presentation of a Symposium, a paper or a poster ALL AUTHORS MUST be registered at the congress.
For the presentation of a book chapter ALL AUTHORS MUST be registered at the congress.
One person can appear in 12 contributions in total (author and co-author).
Only those who are registered at the congress will be given an original certificate of communication, poster, etc. Non-registered participants may appear as authors but may not request a certificate of their contribution. CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO NON-REGISTRANTS.
VERY IMPORTANT: PERSONS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRESENTATION of a paper, poster or chapter of any contribution must have their REGISTRATION FORMALIZED FOR THE DEFINITIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONGRESS IN THE TIMES SET BY THE ORGANIZATION.
All books will be in PDF format and can be downloaded from the Congress website
The deadline for returning the registration fee is March 1, 2021, with a penalty of 50 euros. After this date, the cancellation or suppression of any conference or change of format will not be possible for any reason whatsoever, neither by the congress organisers nor by the participants. If the reason is the non-acceptance of your work proposal, then 100% of the registration fee will be refunded even after the date indicated.
