General information about the work should be included in the summary (200-300 words). The contents will follow the order and structure in its contents, depending on the type of work presented:
Empirical or experimental research work: The content should be structured as follows: Introduction, Objectives, Method (subjects, instruments, procedure), Results and Discussion/Conclusions. In addition to the summary, each contribution will include between 4 and 6 key words.
Revision work and/or theoretical reflection: The content must be structured as follows: Introduction, Objectives, Method (database, descriptors and search formulas), Results and Discussion/Conclusions. In addition to the summary, each contribution will include between 4 and 6 key words.
Clinical cases: The content must be structured as follows: Brief description of the case, Exploration and complementary tests, Clinical judgement, Differential diagnosis, Conclusions. In addition to the summary, each contribution will include between 4 and 6 key words.
Other research: The sections will be established by the participants. In addition to the summary, between 4 and 6 key words will be included.
Always follow the format APA 7th edition.
Bibliographical references are not included in the summary and if evaluation evidence is indicated the full name must be specified along with its acronym.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a Proceedings Book with ISBN and Legal Deposit.

3) Once you have received an e-mail with the acceptance of the abstract: send by e-mail info@ioceci.com the presentation of the oral communication in PDF, according to the available template here, together with video of the presentation in mp4 format of 5 minutes maximum duration.

5) Answer e-mails from congress participants after the day and time of your presentation (video) if there are any questions about your communication
6) Optional: After accepting the abstract, you can send the full text of your paper via the “book chapter” button

5) Each registered author may send one or two posters. The poster number cannot be changed once the process has begun. For the presentation of the poster at the congress, all the authors must be registered, otherwise the organization reserves the right to REMOVE THE POSTER, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE.
1)Register for the congress (all speakers and coordinator). The latter will register, but is exempt from paying congress fees.
2) The coordinator must send an abstract of the symposium proposal by e-mail to info@ioceci.com together with proof of option 1, 2 or 3 of all the speakers.
3) Once the abstract has been accepted, the coordinator must send all the abstracts of all the papers, presentations of each speaker of the symposium in PDF format and videos with the presentation of the papers (maximum 5 minutes each paper) via wetranfer. Also, you must send authorization signed by all the speakers for the reproduction and storage of the content on the Congress website of their videos. All this must be compressed in winzip format. The template indicated here must be used. The refusal of the speakers or the coordinator to show the recording during the celebration, will suppose the NON DELIVERY OF THE CERTIFICATES.
4) OPTIONAL: Once the abstracts of the papers have been accepted, the full text of all or some of them can be sent for publication as a book chapter.
The book chapter is linked to the oral communication or symposium, therefore, you can make the book chapter only when the summary of the oral communication or symposium is accepted.
WHAT SHOULD THE BOOK CHAPTER INCLUDE?
The oral written communication in the indicated format, see communications section, should in no case exceed 8 pages including references. It is advisable to know the sections according to the type of book chapter.

EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR EMPIRICAL RESEARCH:

STRUCTURE OF A BOOK CHAPTER CONCERNING A SYSTEMATIC THEORETICAL RESEARCH-REVIEW
This modality includes theoretical research-systematic reviews.
Introduction: Current situation of the state of the art and of the subject or subject itself for which the project is being considered. Based on references. Hypothesis of theoretical research or systematic review. Objectives of the theoretical research or systematic review.
Methodology: Databases, Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria, Flowchart
Results: Description of the results found. Preparation of figures and tables systematizing the contents of the works reviewed.
Conclusions: Main results found and statements on the target research topic.
